Loves

Wrinkles Of Time

To Grandma
The lines on her face tell of the life she has led
They show the wisdom of what has been learned
They show the joy she has found in her child's eyes
They show the happiness she felt for a man
They tell a story of war, depression and prosperity
They tell the story of the strength she has had to learn
I see a line of pain down her warm rosey cheek
A trail of tears that were buried long ago down deep
They tell the story of a widow that was left behind
They tell the story of a child who would never grow
They tell us of the pride she has carried with her
They tell us of a hard worker that had love to give
They tell us of the loss of a daughter not long ago
Each line tells a story of its very own
They give us a picture of grandchildren held tight
They give us a picture of songs being passed on
They give us a picture of the joy she has brought
She is my Grandmother, I am proud to have
I Love You!

Will He?

Will God remember me
When my time comes
Will he see my life
As a fulfilled one
