The grand oak tree is dressed
in greens
gold
oranges
catches a north blue strong breeze
dancing
swaying
singing.
She sits upon a bed of grass
patches of brown
peeking through
rich with golds
and greens
sparkling
shimmering
glistening.
Frost snips the tips of the blades
giving in
to a warm inviting sun
bright
orange
yellow
glittering
reflecting.
The enormous brown trunk of the tree
with roots
like hands
or feet
that reach deep beneath the earth
unbending
unmoving.
Encircled around the large round base
children of browns
whites
reds
yellows
stand together hand-in-hand
dancing
swaying
singing.
